If you are having trouble downloading the files or have closed the download window and want to download the files again, please contact us

When you open a pdf file with Adobe Reader, you can use the search function:

step1) Open the pdf file (in adobe reader)
step2) Use the search function.

At present we do not offer telephone support.

Support is offered via our support desk software.

We aim to reply to non urgent requests within 4 (working ) hours. The help desk is manned from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

We should reply to emergencies more quickly.

If the zip file you’re attempting to run is missing or incomplete, Windows will be unable to execute the file properly and sometimes generate an error message.

If you downloaded this file from our server, delete the file and try downloading in full and running it again. It’s possible during the download that the file became corrupted.

If you are having trouble viewing the files, you might have an old or corrupt version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. To correct this issue, please download the latest release here.

You need a zip file utility, to allow you to unzip and extract the plans. If you don’t have a compression software you can download the 7-Zip Software (this is a tool similar to WinZIP).
